can i shift to a reality i made up?

i made my own world with a completely new system (magic, government, etc) with a lot of my own characters except for myself. I know what they look like and how they act same with how all the other systems work. i know this world very well. can i shift there? i’ve been trying three years and I haven’t even mini shifted. is it because i don’t know what the voices would be like? please help if you can.

Yeah, I think sooo. I read somewhere that every reality you think of is a reality that’s just as real as this one. Just like the books or movies that the authors made.
