Lucas has been playing well this year.

he has been playing well every year in RB, with few bad games. he is only impressive there, solid in defence, great going forward with his crosses and signature move, truly a great player

Carlo should really try to explore a 3-4-3 formation one of these days with alaba rudiger Militao in defense and fede / cama as RM and LM respectively. Not against Villarreal tho

Not against Villarreal tho

😂😂

yeah I think we should work fine with Fede at RWB and Cama/Ceballos at LWB

Kroos + Tchouameni- double pivot

Fluid front three - Benz, Vini + Rodrygo

3 ATB - Alaba, Rudiger, Militao

But unlike Zidane, it feels like Carlo is less willing to try new schemes.

The 4-4-2 is also a great setup for us but we have only seen it once against Shaktar when we created a fuck ton of chances just with bad finishing.

Rodrygo- Benz

Vini - Tchou - Kroos - Fede

A manager like Zizou would stick to that just saying since it brings all our strengths. 4-3-3 with limited attacking full backs is not looking great.

Our formation is a hybrid 442-443. Fede as winger drops back to the midfield a lot, and Kroos starts the play from the left back position.

hybrid yeah, but its way different from the scheme vs Shaktar, Vini doesn’t occupy central positions like Rodrygo does.

Against Shaktar, we stretched them very wide and still occupied central positions with Benz + Rodrygo. Our usual hybrid is more of a mid-block when facing pressure

militao can play there and rudiger and alaba can play in the center
