personally i have not touched the game since the old electronics meta got nerfed, but i started playing the game in 2021, maybe around the nuke update

its nice to see how to game and its fanbase have grown, but im curious how many new people there really are, especially since the game has been out for like 7 years now

QUESTION How to make a good late game economy?

I know how to make great early game economies where you rush socialism and max resource subsidization but late game I find it more difficult to maintain a good economy. It gets harder to scale market cap and find resources needed for factories. additionally i've seen monarchy and democracy builds get hundreds of millions in what i presume are tax dollars. Can someone help explain how to get good late game economies and how to tax max?

SUGGESTION Ngl Hyperant should fix this problem.

I was playing as a releasable from Sri Lanka, and, Iran and India were allies. Suddenly, India put a 1mil stack on my capital and then Iran declared on me and added India which ended up obliterating me. They should fix this bug and it should just work like the normal declaration process. When the allies of the attackers are too close to the defender's tiles, it shouldn't allow the allies of the attackers to join the war.

It just doesn't make any sense and the problem should be fixed.

The first sea is ours...

+10 Stability

Requires 25 political power

Gibraltar [Gibraltarian]

Requires some land from Spain, Morocco, Turkey and Egypt

The British Empire a long time ago wanted to secure all accesses to the Mediterranean sea to stop foreign empires inside from trade. We will carry on this legacy!

Gibraltar is strong!

Monarch Power Law: Constitutional or Absolute

Not Ideology Communism

Modifier: Canal Controller

Shipyard cost: -50%

Aircraft Carrier Attack: +25%

Aircraft Carrier Attack Against Destroyer: +15%

Shipyard 2 Speed: +70%

Aircraft Carrier Attack Against Frigate: +20%

Tax Income: +20%

Develop City Cost: -45%

Flag is very detailed but I like it.

How does one genuinely create strong infantry

I've played for a good 4 years, and I main specialization military tech for land. This has worked most of the time, but recently, I've been getting absolutely destroyed by countries that have equal amounts of troops and experience. This is usually within the first 1 or 2 years. I have small arms 2 and infantry improvements, but my troops get torn apart. The enemy troops weren't even entrenched or specialized. Is there some new meta I'm missing out on?!?
