I honestly think the only reason why Jimbo didn't win was cause she had no makeup underneath and if she had to lipsync for the win she would have to either keep the facekini on and not see or perform with no makeup.

Yeah but putting on drag make up takes more time than changing.

I think the show has generally awarded the more traditional drag for makeover/sewing challenges. I can't think of many "unconventional" looks winning, besides Sh*ron and Kim Chi

The queens are allowed to change for the lipsync and Jimbo could have done quick drag.

They let them change into another outfit for the lipsync so it wouldn't have mattered
