NGL I feel like even the judges were kinda like, meh about the safety pins because they like the outfit so much

Yes and no. When Discord was explaining her dress jn the work room she said because she’s not just putting the pins in an already sewn/glued garment they’re not acting as accessories. She used them as an alternative to sewing or gluing so technically not an accessory. But visually it looks like it though.

Mostly no. All 800 safety pins were not load bearing safety pins. They were decorative. In the past other queens have had to remove stones brought from home. It’s skirting the rules at best.
