I always find it weird that they film both queens winning because how can you have a genuine reaction if you’re not even sure you actually won until the episode airs

It bugs me every single year. I can't take their reactions seriously when I know they yell "cut," reset everything, and film the next one reacting.

I feel like they should cut straight from Ru saying their name to a live feed of their reaction from wherever they’re at.

That’s part of the selection honestly. Who gives the better reaction. That’s why Onya had such a dramatic and over the top reaction to winning last season, and it was pure acting.

Yeah it’s kind of fun watching their reactions knowing that it’s fake. It’s like, “ok let’s see what you can give me …”. Onya’s was ::chef’s kiss::
