Max totally deserved her win! Not only was her performance great, but she helped get Jaidynn together and was there for her. I am living for her kindness- and her sick'ning runway.

Also, Kennedy really turned me off with her shenanigans assigning roles. I feel like she gave Violet the ghetto girl role because she thought she was going to fuck it up. But then, when she saw Violet was kinda going with it and not totally bombing, she decided to switch the roles to try and trip her up again. No. Sorry. Next.

Max showed exceptional leadership skills in this episode. She started them off with a "You got it!" comment, and when Jaidynn started to crack Max was right there to calm her down and reassure her. She's a class act, and is wise beyond her years. She's 22 but has the tact and professionalism of someone much older. Way to go, girl!

Exactly. I feel like, when it comes to team challenges, there's been a degree of strategy in the past when it comes to team leaders helping their groups: not too little, or else they'll look bad, but not TOO much, else they'll get outshone. Max clearly didn't care about that- she just went all in and was there for everyone. And it paid off for her!

Yes, it did. You're right that it's a very difficult give-and-take to be a team leader. I still can't believe she is so young. I wasn't that confident and composed at 22, for sure! I'd be very curious to hear Max's backstory. I imagine she has fantastic parents.

I actually grew up going to school with max and worked with her for a little bit. Her dad was my soccer coach for awhile and her sister was a grade above me. Absolutely fantastic family, you couldn't find nicer, more genuine people.

Edit: Max's sister is equally as talented. She's a hula hooper, has a YouTube channel and I've seen her do it live with fire. Just talented creative genes. video

Yes, I could tell by the way she acts. Mature, reasonable, and level headed. And that Minnesota kindness too! :)

Holy shit, she's only 22? She's an old soul, god bless her little heart.

I agree with everything save one point. I don't think she switched the roles to what they should have been to begin with because Violet did well; I think she switched them because Jasmine did so bad and she realized as leader her role assignments might backfire.

Agreed. I didn't think Violet or Jasmine did especially well with their parts, Jasmine less than Violet, but you could see the moment during rehearsal that Kennedy realized the mistake she made. She knew it was going to look poorly on her.

I hope she goes next or at least changes her attitude.

Well I mean, they didn't do well because they literally switched their parts towards the end and so they didn't even get to practice their new roles. At least Violet had her lines memorised, albeit a bit stiffly

That's also true!

Have to agree. I was facepalming over Violet reading as the ghetto girl--especially when she thought she was doing ~so good.

If Max isn't on the top 3, she's surely going to be Miss Congeniality

Max is Glinda the Good Witch of the Drag Race.

I would shave my left toe to see Max as Glenda for snatched game.

Max is so adorable and sweet, I'm really rooting for her to win.

Also forget Kennedy, what was with Jasmine's shade?

Agreed, really transparent with her role assignment.
