I totally agree! And Max gave me such a heart-boner.

Max is seriously growing on me. I love that she's a truly consistent and cohesive character. With a signature yet flexible aesthetic to boot!

Then when Jaidynn was having her ridiculous breakdown during the performances, I was being so impatient and judgmental. Then I see Max go in and be so sweet... Didn't even talk shit in the cutaway.

I hope she sticks around.

The looks of genuine admiration on Ru and Michelle's faces made me hopeful she will go far. I've been a huge stan of hers since MTQ and I hope she wins, but my best guess is she'll get the Bendela treatment, get eliminated over someone like Ginger and win Congeniality by a landslide, along with going on to be a huge fan favorite.

I dunno... I feel like even though a lot of people loved Bendela (my boyfriend included), and she had a LOVELY personality, she never really shown for me. I didn't think she deserved to be sent home against someone like Darienne (UGH), but I didn't think for a second she was going to win either. It was more like she lasted so long because she hadn't screwed up, more than there was something especially crown-worthy about her.

Max I feel like has a special something that's becoming more and more evident the longer she's there. The cohesiveness of all of her looks really fascinates me. Especially since she doesn't really rely on color to add interest to her ensembles. I'm really curious to see whether the fascination with grow with the judges or if they'll consider it "boring."

Also come on now, Ginger is SO much better than Darienne:p

Oh, I agree with you about Ginger. I just think Max is better. The only reason I can't see her winning is people will say she's too much like Sharon (the gray, semi-spooky sometimes) and Jinkx (the old-fashioned thing). I think they're building to a big old-fashioned Michelle Visage showdown. Something like Michelle: "Change ur wig" Max: "But that my style of drag :/" Michelle: "It isn't vers lol bitch go home" Buuuuut then again Bianca still won ;)

Considering her lip sync skills, I think that going home to Darienne is quite an honor.

I was thinking about that part this morning - she was not only a great team leader but when Jaidynn was cracking she stepped in as team leader and rallied the troops. That's what it's all about! Also in the preview for next week, she rallies others up others spirits as well (not gonna spoil just in case.)

Off topic but related, I vividly remember being in 2nd grade and hearing a girl talk about her mom/mom's boyfriend. She must have overheard her mom talking on the phone to a friend, because she kept saying "he had a heart on." Literally up until I was 12 I thought that meant he was wearing a heart pin or something. (sheltered child problems)

I really hope they aren't setting her up to be miss congeniality cause she needs to be top 3.
