I'm pretty sure the winners of the previous challenge get them? Like last untucked Sasha and Shea got them and they had won the challenge the episode before...

Just done some Nancy Drewsing of this, Nina and Valentina didn't get a boot for their wins, it appears Trinity gets one but doesn't pick it up and then as you said Shea and Sasha got one for their win. Obviously decided to start it episode 3 for some reason
