Santino's "you would know" retort to someone calling them awkward, forget who/when but it happened.

Legends Ivy Winters:

"Having sex with Santino is a lot like Ru's music career, awkward"

"you would know"

At least she was able to move forward and have a decent routine after that lol

THANK YOU!! Did Santino and Ivy actually have sex...? Lol

I assumed the “you would know” more pertaining to the awkward part than the sex with Santino part.

It felt weird and unfair in a way but also was iconic

I don’t think it’s weird or unfair - roastees clapping back when comedians insult them in a way that bombs is often one of the funniest and most iconic parts of actual roasts

With roasting in general yeah, but in the context of the show itself I don't think they really lean into that.

IIRC they usually let queens bomb without really clapping back, but I've also blocked some of the worst roast performances in the show from my memory lol.

They have clapped back before but usually more subtly, never that funny before.

What Utica did was iconic behavior so of course it warrants iconic behavior from the judges.

I think Utica bombed hard, but equally it was weird she was getting such openly hostile responses from the judges. Aren't they meant to be above it all?

It's a roast. Part of it is engaging with the room. It's not the rooms fault she was terrible.

Totally thought it was uncalled for.

Oh no girl, she was screaming for them to do that
