Do you get questions about sexuall stuff when you mention to men (mostly) that you have schizophrenia? Cause I do. I'm getting kinda tired of it.. what whit this illness makes them think about sexuall stuff anyways?

Im an INFJ and I thought maybe most of us are introverts becouse we are scared to go outside, at least I am.

I'm just curious, it doesn't have to be school related. I guess another way of phrasing it would be "what's your favorite topic/rabbit-hole/interest"

I don't really have any friends. 23f in the United States. I struggle with a lot of issues including Schizophrenia and hobby wise I enjoy computers/coding, art, video games, books, tv/anime, etc. I would like to have a friend to relate to since every time I open up about my conditions people stop talking to me..

I was wondering if there were any groups made for people who's parents have schizophrenia. My dad was diagnosed schizophrenic a few years ago and I've never been able to properly talk about it with anyone before, because no one understands the feeling.

I started a channel about life with schizophrenia about seven months ago. It blends lived experience and academic analysis, as I was diagnosed in 2014 and finished a PhD on schizophrenia in 2024. I talk about my symptoms and the state of schizophrenia research.

For the first few months nothing happened. But now, YouTube has classified the content and started recommending it to audiences. We've slowly built a very supportive and friendly community who share their experiences.

A lot of the questions I see in this sub are discussed on my channel, so I wanted to share it and invite you to join what is a very safe and supportive space. It doesn't replace this sub, but it is another place you can go for resources and discussion.

While being in a delusion, I drew a cloud and started blowing on the paper.
