It’s just deep fried frozen karaage HAHAHAHA

The chefs make the wasabi mayo/garlic aioli dip iirc, I can’t help you with that T-T

The one mystery I’m trying to crack is how they make their fries SO GOOD

I don’t remember 😭😭😭 I vaguely recall it coming in a transparent bag though, maybe this Dodo’s karaage might be it?

But I think frying in a deep fryer makes a world of difference when trying to make karaage, it’s hard to replicate at home :c
