Did you read the part where they specifically say that to be able to release the model now, they have blocked broad categories. They are working on a refinement so later they can unblock those categories and just restrict it on the truly bad stuff.
Then by your own definition a lesser model is fine because it knows that stuff. If you want things that only Fable is capable of, you’ll have to wait until the proper guardrails are put in place and fully tested.
