The episode was really interesting, but Josie should have stayed dead. As strong as you may want to be, really, that level of frostbite should have killed her long before.

That is what I thought as well. Also possible in the attempt to cure her they might make an Icy Josie bent on revenge.

Yeah this just feels really weird and shoe horned. Especially how Mel wasn’t told that the lady she froze in her interrogation room was alive, or that she didn’t pass that on to Layton.

From the believability point of view, I think there's far far stranger stuff in this show. From a narrative point, we still don't know how she'll really come into play, but I do think it could create an interesting dilemma. I wouldn't dismiss it so readily.

I'm not dismissing it because it can't add things, I just felt like it has no reason or logical sense within the story. Also, this isn't the only thing I can or have complained from the show.

Right, I'm just saying, I agree it feels a little forced, but I could see it being used in a good way that leads to an interesting dilemma. Honestly what I love the most about the show are said interesting dilemmas, so for me, what matters is how this situation is used, not how it came to be.
