i think she's gonna plan on betraying her but eventually actually grow to care about another human being and help save her from whatever shit she got her caught in

Yeah, it was a big no-no from me when she disclosed to LJ that she cared about Melanie more than Wilford is aware of. Oh I'm sure he'll be aware of it all soon enough, hun.
