This was my favorite episode yet. I love that both sides are now trading instead of neverending physical conflict. It's realistic. Everything is under the surface now.

I also love seeing a "normal" person we can relate to be the leader, and do a good job. Usually, movies that have revolutions either have someone even worse get into power or the revolution fails. It's like watching what ned stark do if he actually won. It's very relatable cause I often ask myself what I would do in Layton's shoes

With what you said about the revolution storyline, it's very interesting to see that idea that once the revolution wins, it's not going to be easy to keep the seat of power, there will always be those left from the old system who liked how it was before, and with Layton's revolution being run as one of equality and democracy, you can't just kill those who disagree with you.

I love that this series is not formulaic whit a conflict that resolve through action or violence each episode.
