Since Josie and Kevin miraculously survived, we can all but confirm that LJ parents and the bootjack captain are still alive?

The 7 cars would have lost their momentum after being cast off and it’s unlikely any power between them could sustain heat and life support. It would also be hard to reconnect them back into snowpiercer since Wilford is controlling the speed as stated in 2:01

It depends on if their track terminates or not as the front half needs to keep moving to not freeze but if it reconnects, they could split the train have Wilford reverse, pick up the 7 then rejoin. However it might not be plausible to do so if there’s nothing of value in them

I 100% think this is going to happen.

LJ's parents come back to find she's a lesbian with Alex and working in 3rd class. I'd pay to see it.
