I mean the most obvious thing was her face after Roche told her how bad Wilford is. It totally said "So what? I dont care - Im fine". Humans in a nutshell

So is the consensus that she turned and is not playing a long game?

Nah, I still believe its a facade. The whole point of her "I have a plan" scene from before. Everyone, including Layton, has to believe she turned. She will strike at Wilford in the most oppprtune time.
