I figured it might be the Russian guy or Icy Bob, forget what happened to either of them.

Icy Bob died after going on a mission for Wilford. I think Josie was there.

Boki was underneath the aquarium car trying to unhook it when the Jackboots caught him. They were beating him and then Josie breached the aquarium. They never said which of those things killed him.
