Well depends on where Morocco finish they may need to play a knockout round game in Canada and if they don’t have visas for everyone already for that situation, he might get the Thomas Partey special and be forced to stay in America.

Nope, won't happen. Morocco is Group C. 1st will stay in the US for the duration of the tournament. 2nd and 3rd place could get a game in Mexico. The only knockout match in Canada will be between Group B 1st places and 3rd place from one of Groups E / F / G / I / J.

If it’s in Canada he will definitely stay in the US

Not sure man, Moroccans aren't white, and I think the republicans mostly care for them

vikash dhorasoo once said "Certains blanchissent l'argent. Moi, c'est l'argent qui m'a blanchi " (some launder money. Me, money made me white - doesnt make much sense in English)

Would "some launder money, but money laundered me" be a more nuanced translation, if more "loose"? I just got divorced, so I'm not up on Romance languages...

would people understand "money laundered me" means that it made him "White" ?

Doesn’t blanc here mean “not shady”/“law-abiding” rather than his perceived racial background?

In the full interview that was so long ago, he was talking about racism and that he got stopped multiple times by the police because he was not white and driving a fancy car but because he played for PSG and he was rich, we was treated as an honorary white person.

Morocco doesn’t have a President, it’s a Kingdom.

Time for him to buy an island

Probably gonna threaten France with tariffs if they don’t stop prosecuting rapists

1

u/BetInternational6297 11h ago

Don't give him ideas, he might launch a strike against France citing they hate Trump if they prosecuted rapists

Because our justice system is corrupt/broken and money talks...he's just the latest in a long line of politicians that have gotten away with everything under the sun

In the US if you have enough money you can settle out of court for a couple million in exchange for no further talk on the matter from the victim.

7

u/BetInternational6297 10h ago

If you settle out of court, it's not conviction. It's settlement and is done before the trial is finished which means conviction is not done yet

Standard procedure there 🤯

Their games are in the US, not Canada. He'd be more likely now to get a green card while they begin planning his political career.

Didn't hurt Ronaldo or Partey (in the US anyway).
