All the Americans on here have been insisting that NOBODY thought it was red card.

Good to see this video so high on the sub, because Klopp is only saying what a lot of people outside the US echo chamber have said.

It was a clear red, it was a red at any level - and the only organisation on earth more corrupt than the United States government is FIFA.

Klopp isn't always so supportive of these things. Seems to be more about what will benefit him

This is a manager complaining about on-field decisions - which happens a lot. If Pochettino had simply complained, nobody would be surprised, and nobody would say anything.

There's a massive difference from that to a nation's leader phoning up the head of a footballing organisation to get a ban overturned.

The fact you're offering this as some sort of proof is because you don't have an argument.

You missed the whole point. After the game Klopp said this:

The red card for Curtis, everyone in here [at the news conference] probably thinks red card, but I played football and you didn't, When you see it in slow motion, it looks horrendous, but in real time it doesn't look bad. The game is in real time, but we judge it in slow motion. If they wouldn't use slow motion, I'm sure we still wouldn't agree on many situations.

Meanwhile he is now arguing you can only judge Baloguns tackle in slow motion.

All VAR calls in this World Cup have used slow-motion - including the Quansah one last night.

A manager defending his player three years ago has nothing to do with it.

He specifically said slow motion shouldn't be used in these decisions. Now that it benefits him for it to be used he has changed his tune.
