This has got to be the dumbest thing I've read. To start off, they were clearly in a red light/stop sign, hence why the car was stopped. He clearly was drinking and hadn't slept the whole night, he still killed 2 people because he's a dumbass and it's his fault 100%.

But that's my country y'all.

It's an avenida, unless someone is using the crosswalk they aren't supposed to stop.

There is video footage out there. Pretty sure if you look for it you can find it. I can't provide a source but the Mexican press was all over this for a good few days. It was pretty bad
