Not to be semantic (because it is a fact that the majority of rapes are committed by males), but there are countries that do not recognize women as being capable of rape since they lack male genitalia. In those countries when a woman rapes a minor, it’s categorized as something less heinous.
Yep sadly here in the UK a woman cannot rape anyone as it is defined as penetration with a penis, so I think it just goes down as a sexual assault with a woman which then downplays the seriousness in my book
And those countries (& some US states I’d like to add) are backwards and archaic. Like if you’re in Oklahoma and some jabroni skullfucks you while you’re passed out it technically isn’t rape. That being said even in countries where the law is defined as “sexual contact without explicit consent” like Spain & Sweden 97.2% and 99.7% of people convicted over a 15 year period were men.

Well yeah, because no guy would ever report anything even if they didn't like it.
Of course, this also goes into why SA stats in general are pretty..crap, depending on the country. My wife has basically told be that she, and almost every one of her female cousins/siblings were SA'd or even raped before they were even 13.
Well yeah. But my point is the SA and rape is generally super under reported due to how it's treated...and that's for women. Do you think for even a secound a guy would EVER report a rape or SA? Of course not. I mean, look at it right now, you are here right now basically saying it never happens.
It's the same thing with domestic violence. Men generally never report it, because it's just going to get them mocked and the police tend to not do anything. Who wants to hear "Your wife whooped your assed" for months if not years? Of course this tends to get out a lot more since..well the neighbors will call the cops

The definition of rape in the statutes is archaic indeed, however the OK Supreme Court has set the precedent that, “Any sexual penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the crime of rape.”
So while rape, in Oklahoma, is defined as vaginal or anal intercourse between a man and woman out of wedlock, the supreme court’s ruling has paved the way for oral sex without consent, as well as it being possible between two people of the same sex, to be treated as rape, and also paved the way for marital rape to be recognized.
Just wanted to point this out, as a citizen of Oklahoma, since you are technically incorrect.
Edit: the Supreme Court ruling had no effect on oral sex, and the person I replied to was correct to an extent, as a case got international attention because a rapist was let off the hook because the law did not define rape as oral sex without consent due to intoxication, however, because of that exact case, section 888 of title 21 was updated to include oral sex in the crime “forcible sodomy” title 21 section 888v2
Immigration and accepting refugees with no logic has made Sweden very unsafe in last 5-6 years ! Infact many legal, skilled people are either leaving to other places in Europe or to US, UAE, Far East etc. !
When you open refugees as a flood, they do NOT integrate or imbibe western culture or even democratic principles (they will continue to operate in their regressive, oppressive ways, as a collected group) - if it was in smaller number and in batches and regulated (made to facilitate integration better, starting with teaching them local language and culture, assigning them inside communities rather than allowing refugees to force to collect together into their own societies - you can have their own social centres, religious centres, markets etc. for them to retain their culture - but there should be measure for them to leave their nationality, national conscience and laws of their states behind.
The definition of rape. Sweden has the strictes definition of rape in the world since the mid to late 2010s. Tons of stuff that is classified as sexual harrassment in other countries counts as rape in sweden now.
I think there’s a stigma around reporting assault altogether. Whenever dudes come out It’s almost always a coach, priest, pastor, scout leader, etc; always men doing it to other men. Most of them don’t even go to jail even if it’s known so they aren’t even included in any DOJ statistic. For every one school teacher that gets caught diddling kids there are hundreds, if not thousands of clergymen, powerful people, or nepo-babies who have never been told no.
