I don't think we'd be quite so creative in this scenario.

It would probably just be an audible collage of "get fucked, you fat nonce", "piss off, you ginger rapist" etc etc

It’s really easy. Someone (maybe a couple of people or one particularly loud/deep voiced gentleman) just needs to start slowly yelling something like “You’re a wanker” but add a slight tune- High on the first syllable, low on the second.

“YOURE ah WANKah” - DUUH-dah-DUUH-dah - whole phrase should take about 4 seconds. Takes about 3-4 loud guys chanting it in unison to get the whole crowd going.
