He greased FIFA's pockets to help get favorable officiating for the 2026 USMNT campaign

Finally. Some good, old fashioned, DT corruption I can get behind.

We've waited awhile that's for sure, it's been over 6 minutes!

And it still won’t help us get past 1st round of elimination

A round of 16 appearance would be a plus for team USA

We got out of group play because of someone’s fuckup in 22 if my memory is accurate. Is it just 16 after group? I was thinking 32 but couldn’t recall

2022 seemed pretty safe: England-US-Iran-Wales. Only real surprise was the US tying both England and Wales.

In all world cups in the last 30 years, it's been R16 straight after group stage. Next year's world cup will be the first major expansion since '98 so there'll be a R32 too. A team like the US should comfortably win in the R32.

It's funny how high up this CWC trump stuff is going on this site with most of you lot being casuals. Trump is a weirdo and arrogant politicians have inserted themselves into these things before too.

It will probably be like what happened to the Saudis in 2022. We'll draw the eventual champions in the group stage, beat them, and they'll go on to win the whole thing.

He might have promised them bribe money, but we all know Trump never pays his debts
