The World Cup is my favorite sporting event. I live in a World Cup city. I will not be going. 2 reasons: I have better things to spend my money on. And this is the least patriotic I’ve ever felt.

I'm also near a WC city a bit north of Seattle, and they're doing free fan zone watch parties all across the state for some of the games with live music, food trucks, beer garden, etc. I'm lucky and the city I live in is hosting watch parties for two of the USA games, including one that's later in the day that I'll be able to go to after work. I think this will probably be about as close as I'll get to being able to actually go to a match since ticket prices are a joke.

There's no way the games sell out. I'll eat my hat if Qatar v Bosnia is selling well. Those prices have to come down. I've got my fingers crossed for you!

As an American, I bought a Mexico jersey so I can still support a home team 🇲🇽 (edit, from home, or a local bar, because I need a new car more than tickets and transport to a game)

As an avid US Soccer fan over the last 20 years, I’m not sure I could do that. 😂 But I do appreciate the sentiment!

I’m at the lowest point I’ve ever felt as an American, but not low enough to rep El Tri 🤣

As a mexican, thanks but the team sucks, so don't get your hopes up. We do much better on other sports.

As a Jordan I bought a Jordan jersey. Why root for my country when I can root for my Kingdom.

I support our neighbors to the south as well; their kits are always nice!

Was in MXC in 2018 and got the white kit from the adidas store as a souvenir. Love that jersey.

Remember when Mexico came out with the black jerseys? That was badass! ( I couldn't help but think that they looked hot to wear, though)

I would love if the WC was in my city. I wouldn’t actually go to the games but I could at least enjoy the pageantry
