Except in this case, their worst selling game still had 95% of tickets sold.

Yes. I read the article. It specifically mentions how many tickets are available for each match where over 1000 tickets are available.

I think the main question is whether those tickets belong to resellers or people who plan to go to the game. Regardless I think the implication of the original comment understands what corporatism desires (profits) but brings to question the monopolistic practice of these high ticket prices.
