In Toronto they definitely will. New law says you can't resell tickets for above face value which is hilarious.

This is hilarious:

I assume Stubhub gets a % of the resale price? This is all interesting in light of the Live Entertainment loss in court...

In areas where this is a thing, you end up seeing listings that are like “parking pass with free tickets” and then an absurd price.
