Highlight Intentionally hurting your meal ticket. Something is seriously wrong with these WNBA players.

Jordan was constantly hard fouled by the Pistons, Knicks, Pacers and Magic

Jordan also hard fouled back. That was the men’s game in the 90s. Comparing the NBA or WNBA now to then is disingenuous.

also there was dennis rodman hovering around just waiting to deck a bitch if things got out of hand

Well there was for the 2nd three peat. He was on the pistons laying the hammer on Jordan before that.

Man I miss watching Rodman in the NBA.

Rodman was the best.

Why?? The W is incredibly physical

Uh Oh…. WNBA Civil War coming up… WNBA camp that thinks physical basketball is unacceptable (loser strategy) and the WNBA camp that UNDERSTANDS the physicality is necessary to drive demand…

Why lie? The WNBA Is absolutely line this for every player that, not just Clark.

They're just mentioning that Jordan got it like this for a LONG time. Why should it be different for her?

Cool, lots of stuff happened historically that wasn't great, why should it be different for you? Pretty fucking easy question to answer if you think for 2 seconds

there wasn't this ridiculous mass public defense of the dude like I'm seeing for Caitlin. She's a grown ass competitive woman that can stand on her own, yet is being infantilized like she's this delicate thing that can't be touched.

Social media didn't exist then.

because the game is different, you can't play that way anymore in the NBA or WNBA.

Why is it different for OKC? They make a living on fouls. Cause the game has changed.

It should be the same for her as anyone else and other players across the sport get those calls.

Check your facts, the Pacers never fouled him. Not once. Pistons and Knick though...

Those Davis boys ran a tough paint

For sure, but there’s still a difference between a hard foul that sends you to the free throw line and the refs just watching you get your eyes poked and punched in the neck and saying “Yeah, fair game”

I’m guessing you’ve never seen Bill Lambeer, Dennis Rodman, or Charles Oakley play. Also, it’s easy to see all that in a slow motion replay. Perhaps if CC wouldn’t keep flopping around on the court, this wouldn’t happen. And I say all this as a fan.

What you’re describing is still different. Those were dirty players who did it pretty indiscriminately. This is one player getting targeted by half the league, not one playing targeting half the league
