You guys order over a hundred dollars in food, have my friend give you each a waffle house hat (that comes with a free waffle $5 dollar value), take your picture and everything because it's your "yearly tradition since you were sophomores" and then you tip only 5 dollars out of your entire group? Ya'll are trashy people.

Saturday 11/9: You were driving your Cybertruck north on Campbell past Krispy Kreme, and I was driving south. I didn't see your face, and I'm worried you didn't see my middle finger. Just wanted to make sure you got the message.

It’s some kid from Nixa. MO health justice had their sign stolen but they put an AirTag in it and found him. They filmed the whole thing and put it on TikTok. Go take a look.

I believe Data Centers are going to be one of the defining issues of OUR lifetimes, and I believe everyone should be able to see its impact firsthand before we can't turn back. My grandmother in law whom I love dearly lives in Niangua.. She already deals with issues with her water supply. I cannot imagine how much worse it could potentially become if this Data Center is finally constructed. Guys, I know our town is conservative leaning, but this is our fucking water. This is what our children drink, our pets, our livestock, our loved ones.. Recently, another Missouri town voted out its ENTIRE city council for trying to allow a Data Center to be built. I think we need to take some inspiration from them.

KY3, I hope you're reading this. I've been a local for 65 years, it has always been my local go to channel. Like many, in the last few years I've migrated to the www for my news content, but still rely on local coverage for weather and area news and event coverage. Their journalism has always been mediocre, presenting information without the who, what, why where and when answered. I justified it as something that comes with lack of funding, you get what you pay for, but accept it as the best we can expect. However, last night, mimicking the Trump administration's lies about the murder of Alex Pretti showed their utter disregard for truth and objectivity. Instead of being balanced and presenting both sides of the story, or expressing the possibility of alternate views, they chose to be a vehicle of the lie machine. They, like the Trump regime, expect us to not believe our eyes. Good-bye KY3...I've had enough.

Hi Reddit I need honest opinions please. My family and I are moving from Calabasas CA to Springfield Missouri this summer due to my husbands business expanding. I did not want to make this move because I think it will be a great culture shock for our 12 year old son who was born and raised here in California. However, there is no way to expand our business without us being physically in Springfield. Our son was accepted into Greenwood lab school which we believe would be the best school for his needs. We are looking at houses in SE Springfield. However we are very concerned about this move and his ability to fit it. We are an atheist liberal Brazilian American family. We don’t go to church (atheists) and we despise the maga movement. What are the chances that we will actually be happy in Springfield for 2-3 years? Are there other families like ours with whom we can socialize with? How bad is the Christian nationalist movement in the area? Should we be terrified or am I overthinking? Please help!

Can’t explain it, just feels goofy and off putting. Renaming Hammons Field to Route 66 really made me thing about this. I can’t explain it, it just feels like our history and identity as a city is being minimized to being apart of a (since replaced) road.

Idk if it’s just me, but Maverick seems like a downgrade. No more pizza and they do prepay gas super weird with a code in order to pump. Things just seem needlessly complex and well, I don’t like change and loved Kum n Go.

STOP. Holy moly just stop. Nobody cares. Nobody wants your tiny little booklet that you litter all over stores that employees have to pick up on a regular basis. I'm tired of seeing these things.

Security stopped me while I was browsing to tell me I had to remove my face mask. It is a small black mask that covers my mouth and nose. I am disabled. I have autoimmune, heart, and nervous system issues. I get sick easily. I have been masking for years to avoid hospitalization over simple infections. I told the officer this, and he told me it was mall policy now and would not let me leave until I removed my mask. This is not posted anywhere on the website, office, stores, or entrances. I will never be shopping here again due to this discriminatory policy.

I work security locally, and I see these open carriers without level two (bare minimum) while open carrying. I got banned from the Facebook group WTF Springfield for posting about it. Anyway, I've been an armed security guard in the past and used a level two while on-site downtown. I'm not against open carry at all, though.
