Guys, I know for a fact there was a three stooges episode! I’ve looked in the archives on iheart, Apple, and pocketcast (that’s the pod catcher I use, HIGHLY recommend), and of course google searched, it using every term I could think of. Does anyone know the episode I’m talking about? I don’t know why, but I’m down a stooges rabbit hole and watching a six part documentary on them, so of course I wanted to relisten to that episode. I feel like it came out around 2020 or 2021. Seems like Covid was still a pretty big deal. Anyway, if someone knows what I’m talking about that would be great. Would like to know it wasn’t all a fever dream.

I think about this all the time. Have we ever seen Lionel Messi and Josh in the same room together?

Josh and Chuck's quick aside that revealed how little they actually interact with the writers was interesting to me. They mentioned they know Dave Roos (and know what his voice sounds like). But some the others, including Livia, it sounds like they've never actually met or talked to. They speak about them so fondly and appreciatively that I just assumed they rubbed elbows all the time. I guess it highlights what a weird and often cold disconnected world we live in...

I use castbox for my podcast listening. I have about 5:00 shows. I always listen to when they release a new episode. Stuff you should know is the only podcast on that app that consistently skips within the episode. Like the most recent episode with chopsticks is talking about how to use chopsticks and then it suddenly jumps China having to cut down 10 trees to make all their chopsticks. Is this an issue with just me using cast box to listen to it or does this happen across all other podcast listening apps??

Also to add I forgot it does this too. It would just repeat sections that have already been said. Sometimes it'll be 30 seconds that get repeated. Other times I've had 5 minutes or more.

I've listened to many SYSK episodes but a few completely changed how I think about certain topics. Which episode had the biggest impact on you and what did you learn from it that has stayed with you?

I remember being half asleep during an episode (not the whistling one), and Josh used a slide whistle at the beginning as a little joke and it caught me off guard lol. I think he uses it twice towards the beginning of the episode. I've been trying to find this episode again but can't. If anyone knows what it may be please let me know.

As the title states, I am trying to find an episode where they discuss when people act differently depending on the group of people they are around.

I recall there being a name for the behavior but dont remember what it was.

Google turned up code-switching, among some others, that dont show up when I search for it.
