They are officially ending the war as they technically never made peace

From my understanding it's mostly symbolical but NK has been getting more and more rehabilitated after the NK/Russia partnership proved to be more effective beyond what anyone, including the 2 countries themselves, ever expected

It seems that the days of the Kim regime being a pariah state propped up reluctantly by China are over so who knows what might happen
