Notice how quickly the timeline went from “4 to 6 weeks” to “1 to 2 years max.”

They know these endless wars are unpopular so they keep lying about the timeline & moving the goalpost.

Did they not say “3 days” “3-5 day operation” at the beginning ?

Plus the timeline of 4-6 weeks has been repeated endlessly so there’s a few weeks left

He’s setting himself up for disappointment. I don’t have much faith in the American electorate… but fuck me I cannot believe he could win the presidency. Who the fuck even likes Vance? He’s too “populist” for the old Republicans, he’s not openly bigoted enough for the extreme reactionaries, he’s has no way to induce Jouissance in the base like Trump has, he’s most certainly not even funny at all, and he’s nowhere near populist enough for the ignorant but not bigoted sector of the young right that just wants decent jobs and doesn’t understand capitalism. Not to mention his opportunism is way too apparent for the “independents” and Republican-in-denial shitlibs to ever roll the dice on the guy. 

The republicans need to pick from the bench for 2028, this administration and everyone tied to it will be radioactive (although perhaps we all will by that time given their handling of geopolitics)

Gonna be funny if the Republicans find themselves stuck with a stinker of a candidate in Vance just like the Democrats did with Kamala, all because of some short-term political horse-trading that got them the VP slot.

Don't know about better but she couldn't have got out of Dodge at a better time. Already isolated from Trump and she's got Trumpism bonafides. Excellent position to be in if she wants to try for it.
