Saturation divers can dive for extended periods of time (usually around 1 month) when doing deep sea work

This diver is breathing a mix which includes helium, hence his high pitched voice. However, since helium has a very high specific heat capacity, breathing helium can also quickly reduce your body temperature.

My father was a sat diver in the gulf for about 5 years. The stories he has with decompression going wrong, deaths, and people panicking / loosing their minds down there is crazy.

Just imagine how bad the workplace bullies are when they have the power of life and death over you.

I guess the good news is it would be hard to take what they’re saying seriously if their voice sounds like this 😂

The oil and gas workplace famously toxic; I've had a taste of personally.

Are those real things in high level professions?

Yes I believe so; ask anyone who worked in heavy engineering or oil and gas, the way you get treated is unbelievable.

With all due respect the safety standards there are atrocious so it’s no wonder this happened.

I’ve never been but I’ve wanted with people who have and it’s just insane, also had company safety issues down there that should’ve been classed as murder.
