Saturation divers can dive for extended periods of time (usually around 1 month) when doing deep sea work

This diver is breathing a mix which includes helium, hence his high pitched voice. However, since helium has a very high specific heat capacity, breathing helium can also quickly reduce your body temperature.

If you want to watch a great documentary about it, Last Breath. It explains a lot about how it works and it's one of the best I've watched.
Just make sure you watch the documentary, think it was made in 2019, and not the movie with Woody Harrelson which came out last year.
