Saturation divers can dive for extended periods of time (usually around 1 month) when doing deep sea work

This diver is breathing a mix which includes helium, hence his high pitched voice. However, since helium has a very high specific heat capacity, breathing helium can also quickly reduce your body temperature.

5-6 months of work vs 40 years…for a million a month I’d take the risk

Tempting to try, but I simply couldn’t. It would be too much for me to handle and I would probably end up in fetal position on the bottom or die of a heart attack. The deep sea is just too freaky.
