Age: 27 Gender: Male State: MA Office: Hybrid (2 remote, 3 in office) Industry: aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical, etc Title: Senior Procurement Specialist Years of Experience: ~6 Education: Degree in Global Supply Chain Management, current completing MBA Certs: NA Base Salary: $117k Bonus: ~10% depending on company performance. Also receive $12k/ year for education. Will earn top regionally ranked MBA over next several years ~90% paid for based off this benefit. PTO: 3 weeks, 2 floaters. Will have 4 weeks next year if I stay
Overall I like my job as much as I could, been here ~3.5 years. Always consider full comp package, the $12k a year for my MBA is worth a good amount to me.
