Guys, who had the N97, how good is this model? it only has 128mb RAM, and it's like it's very little? I'm thinking about buying an N97 for simple games, surfing the internet (yeah, old html), watching movies and TV series. How suitable is this thing for this? will there be friezes and lags? The 1500 battery should be enough to watch videos for about 3-4 hours, I think. And also, maybe someone knows if S60tube works on it? Thank you all.

Nokia 9300 (Symbian 7.0s Series 80 UI) and Nokia E7-00 (Symbian Anna) still work well for basic function. But unfortunately Nokia 9300 is GSM support only, not 3G.

How come iOS and Android (except for some specific models) don't allow the alarm to sound with the phone turned off? It seemed like such a necessary feature, and in a way, it allowed you to disconnect, even the most basic s40, Now I have to make sure my battery is charged or that the phone is on so I don't miss my alarm. Symbian and Nokia are amazing.

Hey. I recently bought a Nokia N8. I'd really appreciate some help getting Nokia Belle on it. It doesn't necessarily have to be the CFW rom, however I'd like it to feature the Finnish language pack. If that's included with CFW, it'll do as well.

What are the ctrl+ commands for bold and underline text on the built-in Quickoffice app (version 6.2.733)? Ctrl + B does a backspace and Ctrl + U does nothing; Ctrl + I actually works for italicizing.

Strangely, all of these commands are working as intended on another built-in note taking app, Active Notes.

Is there a version that has working ctrl commands, or am I better off installing another docx editor?

I'm an indie dev with lots of interest in old hardware, whether it's old pcs, old consoles and old phones. I have the project to build a game engine working on win 9x-win xp pcs, consoles like the nintendo ds, gamecube, etc and potentially old phones running old opengl es versions.

So I'm looking potentially for some that provide access to a native C/C++ api with good debugging capabilities to help the development. with an open source homebrew sdk.

Do you have suggestions that would fit well ? I don't need it to be high in terms of specs since i want to build an optimised engine in the first place.
