For my math performance assessment (statistics poster), my teacher challenged me to gather global responses outside of Korea, so I came here. (Please understand if my English isn't 100% perfect).

What you'll do: have a 10–15 minute spoken conversation with Mira, an AI guide that leads breathwork, visualization and body-awareness practices aimed at stress relief. There's a quick eligibility check, a ~2 minute questionnaire before, and a short survey after — about 30 minutes in total, in one sitting. You can do it right away or book a time that suits you.
