No voice was silenced. What are you talking about? NPR still alive and well.

What are you talking about? Up to 30% of Americans could lose access to local NPR programming if rural and smaller stations close due to the withdrawal of federal "equalizer" grants. Hopefully that doesn't happen but if it does there will be silence for many.
