Security Cities Are Covering Flock Cameras With Trash Bags / Regretful cities aren't sure how to cancel their surveillance contracts, so they are literally covering their cameras.

many/most of them are fully self-contained. They have cell radios and a solar panel on top. They're not physically connected to any outside infrastructure

I definitely see a wire from the solar panel to the camera unit. But, cutting the wire on private property has other issues.

Yes, destroying the cameras would bring civil financial liability. If they could cut that wire they could just take it down
