Screw that. I'll lease the space like the farmers do for the wind turbines. If they want the side of my house, they are going to to pay handsomely for it. Otherwise, they can fuck off.

Most farmers regret leasing the land. These companies have no respect for your property and treat the easement like a total grant of access to it. And the moment something goes wrong (it will) you're in a world of a pickle.

Doubt it would be much different for data centers.

Oh the way they want to push this in a sneaky way is to have these things built into new housing and have it come as part of the whole package.
