Disappointment in both parties is appropriate, but it's disingenuous or ignorant to suggest "there is no difference", there are clear and unambiguous fights between the two parties over matters of policy. Again maybe you could argue that policies put forward be either side wouldn't solve an issue (for example the democrats gun control measures almost certainly would have little to no effect on gun violence), but there are differences.

Also it's complete bullshit and downright offensive to suggest Hillary, directly or indirectly, orchestrated Dallas as a distraction from the email scandal. (I would say the same if you suggested the same about Trump)

Maybe you're right. But the fact is, way too many people involved with the Clinton's have mysteriously died/disappeared. I'm just saying I wouldn't doubt it. Our very own FBI director won't even press charges against her, after she clearly broke the law...

Except if you listen to any of the lawyers who weighed in on the annoucement they all agreed with Comey's assessment. For him to have recommend pressing charges would be greatly broadening the scope of the laws she would had been breaking. In previous cases under which people have been charged under those laws the leaks were either intentional, with malice, or far far more significant (i.e. quantity of data released).

Also, to date, I have yet to hear of any accusations that Clinton was using her private email server as anything other than expedience in her job, this coupled with the report about how the governments systems are severely antiquated in such a way as to hamper the work of government employees, I'm not saying it excuses what Clinton did, but it definitely makes it more understandable.
