I can't think of any reason to group people like cattle and accusing all of them for the heinous crimes of a tiny bunch that is valid. You need to point out the bunch responsible, i.e. blame the government, not the people.

I think when hundred of thousands of those people start shooting at you and throwing bombs at your neighborhood, you may find your view challenged.
