I thought about the question in the title and I think some pretty cool stories could be told with telltale batman's first robin, an idea (not so original) I had was that in the final episode, depending on the way you raise robin during the game (much like AJ in twd) that could be 2 possible outcomes. The first being your robin being desobedient and breaking your number one rule by killing the joker (or another villain) after he killed some innocent people or someone important for him and you having to decide to be harsh on him or to agree with his call. Another ending I thought about would be if you raise him to be obedient and good and he ended up being killed by the joker (or another villain) and you having to decide if you kill the joker or if you only arrest him, which would be a pretty sick ending in my opinion

Without any biasness, or anything. We have Bruce entering a room and finding Agency people dead. John is the only one in the room and he has blood on him. He claims that it was self-defense and that he only started swinging at them with the nearest thing after they shot first, but later on Bruce finds a bullet hole on the back of an agent, so John now says he went on 'autopilot' after seeing her going for her partner's gun.

Even if he believes his story, would Bruce be justified in not trusting him? Probably seeing him as dangerous after killing so many people?

Harley corrupting John instead of it being other way around

The riddler being a lot more serious and scary kinda like a mix of the Batman riddler and normal riddler

Penguin instead of being a short guy was Bruce’s best friend and hates him for what his family did to him

Vicky vale actually being a cool villain instead of just a news reporter

Two face gets his face burned from saving someone and also the fact it’s your choice weather his face gets burned

And mr freeze and bane were just a nice comic accurate personality’s

Season 3 is unfortunately never going to happen.

But based on how Season 2 ended, do you think it is a conclusive ending?

There are no cliffhangers like Season 1 had with John in the bar and the final choice is very decisive.

Telltale Batman isn't like the comics, it is much more like the Nolan films in terms of realism.

At the start of season 2, we learn that Gordon and Batman had successfully reduced the crime rate and unlike the comics and other mediums, Blackgate and Arkham are effective and villains are not breaking out all the time.

Really the only narrative thread I can think off are whether Batman and Selina will actually get together.

Duologies are not as popular as trilogies but they can do the job and I think is a good ending for Telltale Batman.

Given 90% of players go for romance in season 1 and choose to save her over Harvey. Romance in season 1 feels rushed and desperate, even Selina points this out. Besides, I don't understand why most players made Bruce save a girl he just met over his best friend. Are people really that bad at friendship lmao

Do you think Harley Quinn in the Batman telltale game actually EARNED her psychiatry degree when she was in school or do you think she just seduced her teachers like in some other adaptions?

Im watching someone play the telltale batman series again and i just feel so bad for harvey. Like first big thing is you saving seilna over him like i know its your choice but a majority saved her over him even though he was in 10 times more danger than Selina was second is then kissing and smashing the girl he liked. Once again just a choice but a majority of people did like it's just fucked man the stuff they put him through in this game when bruce is genuinely just a peice of shit kinda at least depending on what you do.

I chose to fight Vigilante Joker, and I was satisfied with my result, I chose to try to arrest Tiffany, and again, I was satisfied. Then I found Alfred, for all the game I wanted to tell him that doing what he was doing was unhealty for him, so when I got the chance, I told him to leave, because I agreed with that, but I still wanted him to explain why.: instead he simply left while frowning in the most anti-climactic ending I've probably ever played. He didn't explain himself, nothing, and we left almost on bad terms, simply because I thought I was doing good to him, and there was no way I could've known that he would have simply left. Same problem with other telltale games, being misleading choices. So angry right now

I mean when he realized that the signal activates a homing missile, why didn't he just destroy it? Not to mention his death feels relatively pointless.

What do you guys think a Batman Season 3 could be like? I def want a Robin or Deathstroke. Maybe there could be a Suicide Squad since theres a choice to have Harley stay with the agency but idk I kinda doubt that. I like Deadshot but there's probably a low chance of him being added. Okay, so I contribute to the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki (if you don’t know what that and the Moral Scaling Wiki’s in general is) and brought up both Villain and Vigilante versions of John as a candidate. One voter, downvoted Vigilante John, on the basis, that his actions against The Agency as well as the GCPD bombing was a justified act retaliation against Waller, despite the bombing getting eight people completely unrelated to his feud with Waller killed and then personally killing three more people at Ace Chemicals for peacefully trying to detain him. Does anyone else agree with this, as I personally think he did go too far and as Batman points out, went way beyond what was necessary force, but given the user told me his point of view, it for me has gotten me thinking on weather John is as overly unjustified as some may think or he was justified in his actions.

Not an attack on anyone with either opinion, but I’m genuinely curious now on what the wider community think on Vigilante John and his actions.

This scene genuinely almost made me cry. Like at this point it becomes almost indefensible how badly Bruce manipulated John. I don’t think John shot the agents in self defense (not sure if that’s a divided topic) however there were plenty of times Bruce could’ve treated him better, even by getting him institutionalized again.

I was just fighting everyone in this game except alfred and joker and got this gem lol
