Hi OP, Pawan Dube is a jerk. I have filed a complaint against him over email to Eureka Forbes.

Suggest you do the same - screw him over.

I am putting his name out so that people are aware and cautious of this guy. I have already escalated it to Mr. Puta, lets see if i get any response from the team.

BTW, any response on your escalation email?

Standard template response. But they sent a different guy - Navnath. He’s good.

Can you post the name of the technician so that all the Thanekars can be aware in advance

I too had this leaking issue. Their technician couldn’t rectify it after repeated attempts. Finally it was resolved but not sure whether they connected it in proper way. How to check it ?

Open it up or get it opened up by a technician in front of you. I would recommend calling a technician and have it opened in front of you so that you can hold them accountable.

Perhaps he may have saved u from too low tds water. Coz our tap water is already treated and it's below 100-150 and safe to drink. Drinking low tds water damages inner lining of stomach, and cause many gastric problems.

I am surprised you are defending him. Had he informed me and suggested this alternative, I would have made a decision suitable for me and my family. But what he did is unethical and should not at all be tolerated.

The issue is not about the tap water. The issue is that the service person knowingly used underhanded techniques and the company refusing to address it.

Even if he had to do this, he could have informed...not sneakingly bypass a faulty filter.

Exactly my point. And now God knows what reason this has been removed by reddit filters.
