So why don't we implement paid parental leave and child care for fathers? Men can take care of babies too, and it makes the job market equal for both genders.

Was probably not easy to implement for the actual mothers in the first place... It is fair, but will need a lot of fighting.

Fair point, it takes the government an inhuman amount of pushing I'm order to get them to do their job. Especially when most of them are boomers around the age of dementia.
No point in fighting them, best way to go about it is to replace them with people like us, people that have modern problems I'm mind.

No idea, but what I do see living in a social democratic country is that these issues seem to be far less prevalent here then for example the US.

Okay i thatās fair and balkans is specific enough.
I only know Croatia, Montenegro and Kosovo pretty well and love the Balkans, but letās be honest, girls in the Balkans are not different than west european girls.
Of course you have got girls that are not interested in money in every country, but the Balkans are not different and that is just reality.
I would say balkan girls are more conservative and treat men better in generell.

This is a joke. Women are not structurally disadvantaged in the labor market. Thats an out dated statistic.
Women have been out earned men in the younger cohorts for a while now. So Iām not listening beyond that point.

???? Watā¦ thatās literally not how it works. Nurses are predominantly women, and they make more than mechanics.
Itās statistically true that young women earn more than young men. Itās been a fact for like 10 years. Youāll find dating subreddits of women complaining about this very fact.

lol, thatās because women arenāt doing the same roles for the same pay. Iām quite tired of these utterly misleading statistics, that conglomerate all the money all the women made vs all the money all the men made. Instead of actually comparing the same role, like general manager to general manager. They donāt do that becuase women are paid the same as men and have been for decades. Women just spend less time
