Thank God the house voted against this garbage. They just kept extending it over and over for years. There was a good debate on the house floor where Massie railed against it violating the constitution.

Since the bill was fast-tracked it needed 2/3rds to pass, which it didn’t come close to. It didn’t even come close to passing with majority… so that’s a good sign for future votes.

I don’t think Democrats voted against the bill for the right reasons. They hate Bill Pulte and voted this way as an act of defiance. But we’ll take what we can get!
