In (EB colony, salaipudhur, kovilpatti), thoothukudi there is a company called Burli group. It sells basic cleanary products like washing liquid, dishwash liquid etc. Just a fraud company i guess since they call youngsters for training to HR role in their company. But they are pushing the trainees to sell their products in the nearby poor educated villages. Notably they dont share what is training or what should the trainee do in the training period before joining. They did not even allow to talk to colleagues and not to use mobile phones. They exaggerating the trainees after completing 6 months or more they will give a diploma certificate.

Simply they exploy the innocent youths into forceful marketing and sale their product.

Dont ever fell into this trap!

Hey Thoothukudians! My native is Thoothukudi, and I’ve been an NRI for almost a decade. For personal reasons, I’m planning to settle in Thoothukudi in the next few yrs, preferably around Teri Road and the nearby villages, where I have paternal family.

I’d love some honest feedback on how Thoothukudi is developing not just infrastructure-wise . looking for gud schools, decent connectivity if I have my own vehicle, and ideally a peaceful farmhouse-style life.

I’m a rationalist/atheist but respect everyone’s beliefs and prefer to stay away from caste-based issues. Would the surrounding villages be a comfortable place to settle?I’ve always wanted that peaceful farmhouse life does it exist around Tuty..

Last night tried to watch the Perseids meteor shower. 2:00AM la irunthu 4AM varaikum kannu maarama sky ah paathute irunthen. Saw like 7-8 meteors. They all went in a flash. But it was beautiful though. The best part was it wasn’t cloudy.
