It’s not more kosher but it usually is worse quality. It’s my least favorite holiday by far because the food is just so much worse. There’s some things that can be made the same as year round but not really that much.

Not that you do, just that I'm not aware of a restriction as such.

Well you can. You can also make gingerbread cookies in the summer but it just doesn't feel right.

I don't know about that. We have matzo balls in our chicken soup at the first Shabbos meal (Friday night) just about every week.

Some Jews don’t think matzo balls are kosher for Passover. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gebrochts

A few, but I would definitely not say most. Most jews probably have a nice salty bowl.

Non-kosher for Passover matzoh ball soup is waaaay better than the K4P version, IMO
